Subject: Message From Dennis Herbert
Dear Friends,
In 1945, Herbert Jewelers was founded by DN and Mary Herbert, two former schoolteachers who saw the potential for a fine jewelry store in Middle Georgia. For the last 40 years, my wife Peggy and I have been the mainstay of the family business and have continued the professional direction set forth by my parents.
We are grateful for the patronage, loyalty and wonderful friendships we have developed over the years.
We now realize it?s time. Time to bring this journey to an end. We have made the difficult decision to close the doors of Herbert Jewelers.
On Thursday, November 12, we will announce to the public that after many years of service, our entire inventory will be drastically reduced and must be sold.
BUT as our friends, you are invited to attend a private two day event on Tuesday, Nov. 10, and Wednesday, Nov. 11, from 9:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. before the sale is announced to the general public.
