After watching
several hours of documentaries on China and Olympic coverage, I couldn't
help but appreciate my recent trip to China for the International Peach

Smoking
Phish.
One of the reasons
that China has such a high pollution problem is that many of the fish smoke.
These smoking fish contribute to higher instances of lung
cancer and other respiratory diseases within the Chinese
population.

Not to be outdone
by the Smoking phish are the stewed snakes. To the right is a dish of sweet
potatoes.

Inside of a Chinese Tea House. The Chinese

exposed to several varieties of tea. This ancient tea house was directly across
from the Olympic Complex in Beijing.
